We went to see my brother and sister-in-law in Seattle about a month ago (in October). It was a lot of fun to hang out with them, see their home and show off our little man. While we were there Corban decided to try to crawl, on his face and knees.
We just thought it was sooo cute. He hasn't really progressed in the crawling thing - which I am thankful for right now. He is sitting up on his own now - still a little wobbly but sitting up! We also started him on "solids" a couple of weeks ago. He loves it and is doing pretty good at eating it (not just wearing it). We are thankful that it seems to help him sleep through the night again!!
Micah's parents are coming for Thanksgiving and we are so excited to have them up here. If you have any unique and cheap ideas of things we could all do while they are in town, let me know!

he reminds me of Justus...they both look big to me :-)
Justus does that too...gets his knees right up under him. Aloria didn't crawl until 10 months, but she wasn't nearly so big when she was this age. When do most kids start to crawl anyway. You'd think I should know. Nope!

at this time of year the rates were fifteen bucks cheaper and there was no minimum stay. but in the rest of the year there is a two night minimum.
